One factor determines our approach to Insurance Defence Work and that is COST.

We act for a number of large UK based insurers who underwrite business in Ireland. We also act for a number of self-insuring multi-nationals. We operate a modern case management system and will generally report quarterly on each claim or more frequently if required.

We have a proven track record of aggressive focused defence work, that is solicitor driven. We retain Counsel where appropriate. Once we receive notification of a claim we can advise on coverage issues and quantum to defence strategy and claim management. We have a panel of experts available to deal with claims in an efficient manner and our average High Court claim is concluded within 14 months.

Insurers will receive a report on the notified claim within 24 hours with opinions on liability and potential third party issues and estimations on all costs.

Contact us for referrals or testimonials from existing insurance clients.
